Zenoba is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zenoba Inc shall in no event be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, loss of profits or business interruption.
You acknowledge that: (a) no computer system is infallible, (b) service interruptions may occur, (c) AI suggestions are recommendations not decisions, (d) you are responsible for validating any AI output before production use, (e) backups are your responsibility even if automation exists.
While Zenoba implements industry-standard security measures (encryption, tenant isolation, RBAC, audit), Zenoba Inc cannot guarantee absolute security. In case of a security incident: (a) we will notify you within 72 hours (per Law 25), (b) we will cooperate with authorities, (c) our liability is limited to your subscription amount for the past 12 months.
Zenoba Inc is not liable in cases of force majeure: natural disaster, third-party infrastructure failure (cloud, DNS, AI API), large-scale cyberattack, government decision, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
