By accessing or using the Zenoba platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service. Continued use after modification of terms constitutes acceptance.
Zenoba is an AI-powered project management platform. The service includes: Gantt planning, document management, workload tracking, team communication, and AI-assisted generation. The service is provided "as is" without absolute availability guarantee.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each account is personal and must not be shared. The enterprise administrator is responsible for managing user access. Zenoba reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to circumvent security measures, (c) upload malicious content, (d) use the service for spam or harassment, (e) resell access without authorization, (f) reverse engineer the software.
Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen tier (Team, Professional, Enterprise). Payments are non-refundable except within the first 30 days. Prices may be modified with 30 days notice. Applicable taxes (GST/QST, VAT) are additional.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Zenoba may terminate your account for terms violation, with reasonable notice except in case of serious breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the District of Montreal. Quebec Law 25 on personal information protection and GDPR (for European users) apply.
