Dynamic Forms
Zenoba form engine lets you create custom forms without code. Capture external requests, incident reports, customer feedback or any structured information.
Create a Form
Go to Administration → Forms → New. Drag fields from the palette, configure properties (label, type, required, options), and save.
Field Types
12 types available: Text, Text Area, Number, Email, Phone, Date, Dropdown, Multi Select, Single Choice, Checkbox, File, Rich Text.
Conditional Logic
Show or hide fields based on responses. In field properties, set a condition: "Show if [field] = [value]".
Public Forms
Enable the "Public" option to make a form accessible without login. Share the URL. Public submissions are limited to 10 per minute and file uploads are disabled.
Manage Submissions
View submissions in Administration → Forms → [form] → Submissions. Change status, add notes, and create tasks automatically.
Auto Task Creation
In form settings, enable "Create task automatically". Each submission will create a task in the configured project with the form data.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I modify a form after publishing?
Yes, you can modify the schema at any time. Existing submissions keep the data from the old schema.
How many submissions can a public form receive?
There is no global limit, but rate limiting allows 10 submissions per minute per IP address.
Are file uploads accepted on public forms?
No, for security reasons, file uploads are disabled on public forms.
