Security
How your data is isolated, who sees what, and what we do not have yet.
How is my data isolated from other customers’?
Through row-level isolation in PostgreSQL: every query only sees the workspace of the signed-in user, and the application role cannot bypass that rule. An isolation test runs at every release. On top: revocable sessions, lockout after eight failed logins and a rate limit per address.
Who can see what in Zenoba?
Five roles and about sixty permissions, which the project manager can adjust project by project. Zenoba’s support has a read-only, traced role. Every sensitive action is written to an audit log readable by your administrators.
Do you have a certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001)?
No, not yet, and we do not display one until it is obtained. What exists: an internal audit against OWASP, isolation verified by tests, the audit log, a separate pre-production where every release is tested. SOC 2 is on the roadmap; security documents are provided on request for your tenders.

Where is my data hosted?
In Québec, at OVH in Beauharnois, encrypted in transit. For organizations that cannot let anything out, Zenoba installs on your servers, as containers, on quote.
What happens to what the AI reads?
Personal data (social insurance numbers, emails, phone numbers) is masked before any call to a model. Your data is never used to train a model, neither by us nor by our providers. Every call is logged: who, when, which model, what cost. Every user consents explicitly to AI, a project manager can disable it on a project, and a model hosted in Canada or Europe is offered as an option.
Are you compliant with Law 25?
We keep a record of processing, a privacy impact assessment and a data processing agreement template, sent on request; a privacy officer is designated. In the product: explicit consent, export of one’s personal data as a file, account deletion with a thirty-day grace period during which one can change one’s mind.
What if something breaks?
In the product, every change to the plan stays undoable for seven days, with checkpoints and snapshots. On the operations side, a daily backup is kept for thirty days and restoration is verified, not just assumed.
Migration
Coming from Microsoft Project, Excel or another tool, and getting started.
Can I import my Microsoft Project projects?
Yes. Zenoba imports Microsoft Project (XML), Excel and its own JSON format: tasks, durations, dependencies, milestones. The imported plan is then worked like any other, and “Create from this project” turns it into a template. We assist with the first import.
And from Jira, Trello, monday.com or Asana?
No direct import today — it is on the roadmap. The path that works: their Excel or CSV export, then Zenoba’s Excel import. To connect tools day to day, Zenoba offers webhooks, the included n8n automation and MCP.
How long to get started?
A workspace is created in a few minutes, with templates per industry. A complete plan from a requirements document takes about a minute. The built-in guide explains every page in three languages, and the first beta teams are accompanied by someone from the team.
Price
What is paid, what is free, how you pay.
How is the price calculated?
Per project manager, not per person: users who execute, observe or approve pay nothing. Starter CA$10, Pro CA$59, Team CA$129, Enterprise CA$249 per project manager per month; twenty percent less annually. An AI budget in dollars is included in every plan.
Is there a trial?
During the private beta, access is by invitation, free, with AI credits offered according to your profile. At opening, a trial without a credit card will precede the first paid plan.
How do you pay, and taxes?
Today by quote and invoice, online payment being set up. Taxes applicable in Québec (GST and QST) are added. On-premise installation is an annual license, on quote.
Exit
Export, cancel, delete — and what becomes of your work if you leave.
Can I export everything and leave?
Yes, at any time and without asking: every project exports as complete JSON, Excel, Microsoft Project XML and PDF; documents download; every person can export their personal data. No closed format.
What happens if I cancel?
No commitment on monthly billing. Account deletion is requested by the person and takes effect after thirty days, during which it can be cancelled; we then delete, we do not archive without your knowledge.
And if Zenoba disappeared?
Your exports are in formats other tools read (Microsoft Project XML, Excel, JSON). For organizations that require it, on-premise installation makes you the owner of the instance: the product runs on your side, with your AI key, independently of us.
